Beer Barrel Tilter
Designed for standard 4.5 gallon beer barrels this tilting bracket makes sure that all the beer, less the sediment is delivered to the customer and prevents wastage. The barrel holder can be manufactured from steel (standard) stainless steel and aluminium.

In conjunction with a Leading Brewery and Landlords and Landladies, the stand has been designed to hold the cask stable whilst settling and has a smooth tilting action whilst emptying the keg . Gradually tilting to an angle of around 30 –35 º for optimum emptying of the cask leaving very little wastage in the cask whilst not drawing through any sediment.
As standard it is manufactured in high grade Carbon Steel, with a durable paint finish to protect from rusting. This item can also be supplied in Stainless Steel (P.O.A). The stand comes fitted with a clasp fitted to lock the mechanism down and a retaining bracket to prevent over tilting. Using a compression spring to provide smooth movement and better durability.
