This self assembly welding curtain kit comes packaged in a "non-branded" carton and comes complete with everything you see above and can be erected within minutes. Full assembly instructions are of course supplied.

The red PVC welding curtain comes already attached to the top hanging rail, saving lots of time erecting the welding screens. The welding curtain just simply rolls down and is kept in place by the screening clips, one to each side at the base. The legs are already attached, simply just twist and tighten. The frame comes complete with the familiar "click lock" operation, therefore ensuring quick and easy installation anywhere the screen is required.

PROBLEM
Painted or powder coated metal cabinets will not resist acid fumes indefinitely and after a few weeks of storing chemicals will show the tell tale rust marks of corrosion. Spills and damage to the coated surface will cause a potentially dangerous environment.

ANSWER
Use all Polypropylene fabricated cabinets, no internal metal, no coatings and unbreakable. Will not damage in transit or use.

The most important part of our range is that there are
NO INTERNAL METAL PARTS USED!
Only the external lock is plated metal.
We have developed catches, hinges, shelves and doors completely made in Polypropylene.
This furniture will withstand the most corrosive and wet working environments.

STORAGE CABINETS

Wherever flammable liquids are stored, a safe and
secure cabinet is a requirement demanded by HM Health & Safety Executive.
Designed to meet the latest criteria our cabinets are a welded construction in 20 swg steel with door reinforcement sections and a 3 point locking mechanism.
Shelves are fully adjustable on slotted sections and able to carry substantial loads.
