The Sussex system provides a completely new range of options - your choice of timbers, frames, heights, and widths - all with an almost endless selection of panel styles and finishes such as solid, trellis, perforated and glazed.

Panel Screens

Each panel screen is individually manufactured and built up of either perforated, trellis or solid inner sections. This gives the choice of having one, two or all three different inner sections on each screen, depending on the style you wish to create.

All screens are available in straight or curved modules.

Panel Screen - Perforated Inner Sections

Each panel screen is individually manufactured and built up of either perforated, trellis, or solid inner sections. This gives the choice of having one, two or all three different inner sections on each screen, depending on the style you wish to create.

All screens are available in straight or curved modules.

Panel Screen Modules

Panel Screen Specification

Height	1450mm or 2000mm as standard, or special height on request.
Cord Width	Cord width is taken from side frame to opposite frame and measures 820, 1185 and 1635mm as standard, or special lengths on request.
Linking	Hidden linking system built into frame allowing frame sides to link in line together. Please specify when ordering if you require them to be linked. It is possible to create three and four way linking, using a timber linking column 85mm x 85mm square.
Frame	Constructed from solid timber with 45mm face x 35mm depth, 60mm face for middle profile.
Timbers	Beech, ash, pine, or redwood timbers as standard, alternative choices available on request.
Inner Sections	Choice of solid sections including timber veneers with or without perforate slots, fabric, vinyls, laminate or wallpapers are available, with the facility for many more options including trellis or glazing. See options page for standard choices.
Finish	Natural or coloured water based lacquers on all timber.
Feet	Free standing or floor fix feet available in mild steel with brown powder coat finish as standard, other colours available on request.
Curved Screen	Cord depth on curved screens is 190mm
Straight Screen	Screen available in straight lengths of 820, 1185 and 1635mm wide, constructed equally to curved screens, enabling you to create longer runs mixing curved with straight screens.
Custom	As manufacturers we have the capability to design and make a screen to your own needs, whatever the height, width, shape, colour or quantity.
Delivery	Each screen is individually manufactured to meet your special requirements and will take four to six weeks.

Post & Panel Screen Specification

Height	1450mm or 2000mm as standard.
Cord Width	1860mm wide.
Linking	Linking system built into the oval post, allowing you to create two, three or four way screen connection. In addition to screen linking, signs or accessories can be hung from the post.
Post	Each post is 100 x 52mm in an oval shape with a choice of timbers to match with the screens, or a metal aluminium post which can be powder coated if preferred.
Timbers	Beech, ash, pine or redwood timbers as standard, alternative choices available on request.
Inner Sections	Choice of two timber options, either vertical lengths, shaped to match the oval post in a curved frame or a curved trellis using square and round timber profiles. See options page for choices.
Finish	Natural or coloured water based lacquers on all timber.
Feet	Choice of timber arched free standing foot or metal free standing or floor fixed flat foot with powder coat finish.
Accessories	Signage or display equipment can be hung from the oval posts.
Curved Screen	Cord depth on curved screen 190mm.
Straight Screen	Screen available in straight lengths of 1950mm wide, constructed equally to curved screens, enabling you to create longer runs mixing curved with straight screens.
