Assembly Benches

Medium Duty, Fully Welded assembly / production benches, delivered ready for immediate use, our assembly benches are constructed from square section steel. With a choice of worktops MDF, Laminated, ESD - Anti-static Laminated and Steel and Compact laminates.

Weight capacity UDL 500 kg. A wide range of accessories allows this workbench system maximum versatility. Manufactured in the UK.

All joints are welded, and each leg has an adjustable foot which enables the bench to be firmly seated on an uneven floor without rocking. These benches are ideal for the assembly of small components, especially for the electronics industry, or are equally useful as packing benches.

Laminate Top Medium Duty Workbench

Laminate Top Medium Duty Workbench or assembly workbenches, come fully welded – never flat packed – and ready to use.

They are made from 1.5 thick box section and come with all metal levelling feet.

• Grey Laminate Top
• 18 mm thick
• Edged all the way round

Accessories must be supplied with original order as they cannot be fitted or moved subsequently.

Medium Duty assembly workbenches are ideal for Electrical testing, Electrical assembly work, assembly work, warehouse work stations, desks, Laboratory workstations, and many more applications. We have a comprehensive range with a large selection of optional extras to suit every purpose. They are fully welded and come ready to use with a choice of tops -Laminate, ESD (Antistatic) and compact laminate.

The uniformly distributed load (UDL) is 500kg for each standard workbench. Each workbench is fitted with all metal levelling feet that have 20 mm of threaded adjustment on each leg.

Standard height is 840 mm from floor to worktop. This can be increased or decreased at no extra cost but must be noted on the order.

The lead time on the medium duty range is approximately10 working days. However on the ESD and compact laminate can take up to15 working days.
